Field sales role responsible for full sales cycle and merchant account management in Los Angeles. Identify and visit local businesses, close deals, maintain portfolios, and drive retention and referrals. Support partner developers through integrations and Beta launches, provide escalated technical support, manage partner integration releases and documentation, collaborate with engineering to prioritize features, and coach team members while upholding company values and processes.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) technical support to merchants, troubleshooting POS systems, payment processors, networking, Windows and iOS issues via phone and email. Manage escalations, collaborate with sales and product teams, maintain/update documentation and support collateral, and deliver high customer satisfaction while working flexible hours and meeting connectivity requirements.
