Maintains confidential personnel records, supports payroll-related reporting, and assists with HR compliance and office administration in a manufacturing environment.

Develops, maintains, tests, and supports enterprise applications, databases, integrations, reports, and automation, with primary responsibility for Infor SyteLine ERP and Microsoft SQL Server. Translates departmental requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoots application and data issues, supports ERP upgrades and deployments, develops integrations and analytics, maintains documentation and security controls, and trains users across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and other business functions.

Manages sales and marketing strategy across an assigned territory, develops sales leads, supports agents, closes and services accounts, and coordinates with engineers, contractors, distributors, and internal teams. Provides product training, technical assistance, troubleshooting, warranty service, and application support for valves and related equipment. Maintains sales records, monitors pricing and competition, attends trade shows, manages budgets, and resolves customer, shipping, warranty, and pricing issues.
