Supports information systems processes for the Equipment Department. Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint sites and asset master files, configuring applications for field operations, researching user issues, assisting users, and digitizing paper records in regulatory compliance. The role requires enrollment in an engineering or information systems program, strong communication and organizational skills, customer service ability, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. SharePoint, Oracle, SAP ERP, Visual Studio, and .NET experience is preferred.

Maintains project cost systems, cost codes, budgets, forecasts, change orders, invoices, cash flow, and performance reporting for concurrent construction projects. Integrates cost and schedule data, tracks project scope changes and potential losses, supports financial forecasting, and maintains standard operating procedures. Requires coordination with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams, along with occasional travel and compliance with safety and conduct standards.
