Own P&L and lead product strategy for commercial auto lines: develop pricing, underwriting guidelines, new programs, compliance, competitive analysis, and cross-functional communications while leading and enabling teams to drive growth and profitability.

Build and maintain virtual agency partnerships, execute territory and agency strategies, manage pipeline end-to-end, provide product and system training, ensure appropriate book mix and profitability, and collaborate with internal partners to capitalize on opportunities.

The role involves underwriting profitable inland marine risks, managing agency relationships, and supporting continuous learning in the underwriting team to meet company objectives.
