Manage approximately 20 manufacturing accounts representing $3M–$3.5M in annual business. Drive profitable sales growth through customer planning, account penetration strategies, business reviews, managed inventory support, and responsive solution development. Use Salesforce CRM for daily sales activities, forecasting, opportunity management, pipeline development, and customer planning. Travel to each customer at least monthly to understand goals, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.

Outside B2B sales role managing ~85 medium-sized MRO customers and a ~$2M portfolio. Build territory and account plans, grow sales via in-person visits, maintain CRM pipeline, negotiate deals, and leverage internal resources and technology to increase customer contacts and purchasing.
