Processes applications using enrollment platforms, maintains certification, tracks applications, completes reports, supports MyChart registration, and connects families with healthcare and community resources.

Directs corporate compliance and risk management across community health center sites and administrative operations. Oversees HIPAA privacy support, HRSA compliance, credentialing and privileging, investigations, incident reporting, exclusion screening, policy management, compliance training, insurance and liability matters, audits, regulatory inquiries, and risk assessments.
