As a Campaign Manager, you will manage client accounts, implement SEO strategies, analyze performance metrics, and demonstrate ROI, while mentoring team members and resolving client issues.

Lead and scale the paid search practice: own strategy and outcomes for complex accounts, mentor and grow a high-performing team, manage department P&L, drive revenue and retention, maintain SOPs/QA, and lead pitches and client escalations across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

Lead email and SMS lifecycle campaigns from strategy to execution using segmentation and predictive analytics. Optimize targeting, measure and improve KPIs (CTR, placed order rate, churn, MRR), QA campaigns, analyze competitors, present to client leadership, and support sales with campaign-driven insights.

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for mid-tier e-commerce clients. Provide performance analysis, reporting, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and strategic recommendations. Serve as primary client contact for up to 12-14 accounts or $50K MRR, handle escalations, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
