The Campaign Manager will manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, collaborate with clients, and improve ad performance through strategic recommendations and optimizations.

Lead and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, PMax, YouTube) across multiple accounts, drive ROAS/CPA improvements, run experiments, scale spend, manage client relationships and calls, mentor junior staff, collaborate on creative and cross-channel strategies, and use Monday for project and workflow management.
