Develops and maintains CPM schedules for construction projects, monitors progress against baselines, analyzes variances, coordinates project data and resources, and communicates status and corrective actions. Partners with project managers, superintendents, engineers, estimators, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules remain achievable and current. Also establishes scheduling standards, reviews work packages, prioritizes bid proposals, and prepares schedule trend reports.

Coordinates proposal development and marketing materials for construction pursuits. Responsibilities include team coordination, content editing, proofreading, page layout, graphics coordination, compliance reviews, research, progress tracking, and maintaining resumes, project descriptions, and qualifications databases. The role also supports brochures, presentations, and other branded deliverables while developing knowledge of construction services, clients, and marketing best practices.

Manages construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing client relationships, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, billing, quality, compliance, and profitability. Leads preconstruction, buyout, design-build MEP coordination, project controls, and closeout activities across multiple corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects. Partners with superintendents, estimators, designers, vendors, tenants, and ownership groups while training project staff and supporting business development.

Assists project managers with commercial construction delivery by reviewing plans, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings; coordinating meetings, testing, schedules, and subcontractor scopes; maintaining project logs and reports; inspecting structural work; supporting constructability and cost-saving reviews; and promoting safe, compliant, efficient field operations. Requires extended travel outside California, with home visits approximately once per month.

Coordinates proposal development and marketing deliverables for construction pursuits. Responsibilities include team coordination, research, writing, editing, proofreading, page layout, graphics coordination, compliance reviews, brand adherence, content library maintenance, and production tracking. The role supports brochures, presentations, qualifications statements, project descriptions, resumes, and tailored proposal content while collaborating with business development and pursuit teams.

Coordinates construction project documentation, meeting materials, drawings, RFIs, change orders, subcontractor communications, schedules, and project closeout. Supports compliance with contractual procedures, tracks responses and pricing, and helps ensure deadlines are met. The role also assists with mentoring project coordinators and administrators while collaborating with internal and external project teams.

Manages construction project cost controls, budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, change orders, claims, subcontractor payment applications, and final project closeout. Coordinates with project, commercial, procurement, and scheduling teams to monitor variances, manage commitments, support contract administration, and improve cost efficiency. The role also contributes to value engineering, earned value analysis, budget development, and corrective actions to prevent cost overruns.

Supports project managers and superintendents during an operations rotation and assists senior team members with estimating duties. Participates in safety initiatives, professional development programs, and assigned construction tasks. Requires construction knowledge, the ability to read drawings and specifications, strong communication and organizational skills, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, and CMiC is advantageous.
