Supports manufacturing operations through electro-mechanical troubleshooting, production failure analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, quality documentation, test equipment maintenance, process audits, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with manufacturing, quality, engineering, suppliers, and other stakeholders to improve product quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with ISO, UL, OSHA, and related standards. Occasional domestic and international travel may support product transfers, training, supplier audits, and process improvements.

Optimizes inventory across the supply chain by setting targets, managing safety stock and reorder parameters, validating supply plans, coordinating procurement, resolving shortages, reducing obsolescence, and conducting root-cause analyses. The role works with manufacturing, suppliers, Finance, Sales, Demand Planning, and Procurement to maintain customer service levels and forecast accuracy.
