Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, managing the full sales cycle, presenting consultative solutions, negotiating proposals, closing deals, maintaining client relationships, documenting activity in CRM, and resolving customer issues. The role requires frequent outbound selling, strong account management, territory planning, trade-show participation, and travel within the region.

Lead procurement, purchasing, and planning for the Americas. Develop and execute regional procurement strategies, supplier performance management, inventory and production planning, and continuous improvement. Manage an eight-person team, collaborate across global functions, drive ERP planning, ensure regulatory/safety compliance, and deliver cost, quality, and service objectives.
