Drive new revenue within enterprise financial institution accounts, nurture BDR-generated leads, develop digital transformation and customer experience expertise, present ROI analyses, and negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder contracts. The role requires strong SaaS sales experience, financial institution or contact center software expertise, complex sales capabilities, advanced methodologies such as MEDDIC, and a consistent record of exceeding targets.

Owns the full lifecycle of Glia’s ecosystem partnerships, including partner onboarding, commercial agreements, joint go-to-market planning, cross-functional launches, sales enablement, pipeline tracking, and resold-product deal support. The role manages partner relationships, coordinates with Legal, Product, Marketing, and Sales, supports commercial negotiations, and drives partner-led growth. Remote within the US with up to 30% travel.

Collaborate with financial services clients to assess business and technical needs, design comprehensive solutions, translate requirements into technical visions, create technical documentation and statements of work, and lead solution validation, delivery, and deployment. Mentor remote teams, promote architectural best practices, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and apply AI tools to automate workflows and improve processes.
