Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, managing travel, calendar and meeting logistics, team communications, content publishing, and project coordination for engineering initiatives. Draft and publish tech memos and board summaries, maintain team intranet, coordinate All-Hands and blog content, and support preparation of executive and board materials.

Lead a P&L-accountable channel and independent agency sales function, set channel strategy and GTM, own combined revenue and KPIs, build and coach a high-performance sales org, partner cross-functionally (Marketing, RevOps, Product, Ad Ops), and maintain disciplined forecasting and CRM/pipeline management.

Design and implement low-latency, reusable data pipelines and real-time systems that produce tracking and pose data for AI-driven sports insights. Integrate computer-vision and event-detection algorithms, build performant cloud and on-premise services, create developer tools and frameworks, mentor teammates, and ensure scalable, autonomous systems with minimal manual intervention.

Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships focusing on AI and social platforms to drive growth. Build executive relationships, structure deals, and expand into new markets.

The role involves designing and operating real-time AI systems for sports analysis, integrating various data signals under tight constraints and mentoring other engineers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop low-latency data pipelines, integrate algorithms, and enhance developer tools while collaborating with various teams in a dynamic environment.
