Lead cross-functional social growth projects from concept to launch across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X. Build workflows, documentation and reporting, create platform-native strategies and content, develop video concepts and briefs, run tests and analyze performance, and scale successful formats into repeatable systems while coordinating teams and reducing executive-level project chasing.

Split role between outbound partner prospecting and hands-on campaign management. Identify and outreach to game publishers and brands using audience data, hand off warm leads to sales, and manage campaign execution from IO to final report—coordinating teams, monitoring dashboards, flagging issues, and delivering wrap reports.

Lead Destructoid’s shift from a website to a multi-platform brand by defining brand identity, launching social-first video and multimedia franchises, growing owned audiences (newsletter, Discord), protecting editorial integrity, and partnering with commercial teams to diversify revenue while owning the content P&L and KPIs.
