Provides senior technical leadership for DoD BMC3I systems engineering, system-of-systems integration, architecture, requirements, interfaces, testing, technical risk, configuration management, and audit readiness. Advises government leadership, evaluates contractor solutions, coordinates technical stakeholders, maintains compliance evidence, supports assessments and integration events, and mentors engineering personnel. Requires extensive DoD systems engineering experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with SAP access, and a relevant technical bachelor's degree.

Leads systems engineering for advanced space systems across design, development, integration, testing, and implementation. Defines requirements, develops system and test plans, manages technical and programmatic risks, and supports cost, schedule, and performance tracking. Provides technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, executive briefings, cross-domain integration across air, space, and cyberspace, and evaluation of emerging technologies for defense programs.

Plans and executes tactically responsive space missions across spacecraft integration, ground systems, launch operations, logistics, and on-orbit execution. Develops mission analyses, CONOPS, readiness exercises, technical baselines, risk mitigations, acquisition requirements, and operational architectures. Coordinates government, industry, and mission partners; supports source selections, negotiations, program documentation, and cost, schedule, and performance tracking. The role requires extensive national security space experience and active TS/SCI clearance with SAP access.

Leads mission-critical Department of Defense BMC3I Elite programs, overseeing integrated plans, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, contracts, vendors, system integration, modernization, and service delivery. Serves as the primary stakeholder interface, ensures compliance with cybersecurity and contractual requirements, drives process improvement, manages multidisciplinary teams, and delivers executive briefings and performance reporting.
