Manage FUSE’s technology systems, Salesforce platforms, AI enablement, vendor relationships, and operational workflows. Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, developing automations, training staff, implementing AI guidelines, improving cross-department processes, overseeing filings, supporting audits and employee lifecycle activities, and assisting with financial planning. The role requires strong project management, technology adoption, stakeholder collaboration, and organizational skills in a fully remote environment.
