Investigate and manage catastrophe property claims from initial fact-finding through coverage decisions, reserves, payments, mediation, appraisal, and resolution. The role coordinates inspections and external experts, analyzes policy coverage, documents claim activity, communicates with insureds and stakeholders, prepares correspondence, and escalates approvals when needed. It requires at least three years of property and casualty insurance experience, a Florida 620/720 license, additional state licenses within 90 days, and Microsoft proficiency.

Manages complex residential and commercial insurance claims that may proceed to litigation. Reviews lawsuits, estimates, coverage, settlements, and claim files; audits claims for compliance; analyzes trends; coaches adjusters; supports legal meetings and training; reports suits, demands, and mediations; coordinates with counsel; and makes coverage, payment, subrogation, and SIU recommendations.

Analyzes claims data to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, cost drivers, and operational inefficiencies. Partners with claims, quality assurance, SIU, finance, and leadership teams to define analytical requirements, develop recommendations, improve claims handling, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency. Presents actionable findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including adjusters, managers, and executives.

Manages catastrophe claims adjusters and oversees timely, compliant claim handling. Ensures coverage, procedures, laws, and regulations are followed; monitors team performance; supports catastrophe claim operations; and coordinates with Underwriting, Sales, and Information Technology. Requires travel to catastrophe sites as needed and maintaining adjuster licenses across Frontline’s operating states.
