Freenome Benefits Overview

Leads biostatistical strategy and execution for complex clinical studies supporting Freenome’s in vitro diagnostic products, research, development, and regulatory submissions. Responsibilities include study design, endpoint and sample-size planning, statistical analysis plans, results interpretation, regulatory support, collaboration with statistical programmers, manuscript preparation, and biostatistics process development. The role also provides technical leadership and cross-functional expertise.

Leads technical product management for Freenome’s commercial data platform and data products. Defines requirements, prioritizes software features, creates roadmaps, translates needs into epics and user stories, and coordinates engineering execution. Partners with commercial, laboratory, R&D, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, accessible, and data-integrity-focused solutions that meet regulated diagnostics standards, including FDA and CAP/CLIA requirements.

Provides business-oriented legal counsel for commercial, clinical, research, technology, healthcare, and strategic partnership matters. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises on HIPAA, privacy, data security, intellectual property, and contracting risks, and manages matters through execution and closeout. Partners with cross-functional teams, maintains contract lifecycle records, improves templates and playbooks, and balances legal risk with business objectives.
