Lead direct response digital donor acquisition and PR efforts by planning and executing digital ad campaigns, A/B and multivariate testing, email automation, and new channel experiments (CTV, direct mail). Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize donor lifetime value, manage media outreach and press materials, and support time-sensitive communications. Use Salesforce/Pardot marketing automation and SMS tools; occasional evenings and weekends required.

Manage, cultivate, and grow relationships with international distribution partners and suppliers. Serve as main contact for assigned partners, coordinate strategy, training, compliance, onboarding, and contracts. Track partner performance and distribution projections, maintain Salesforce records, prepare reports and dashboards, support impact reporting and events, and travel (~20%) to build partnerships.

Manage and grow church partnerships by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships. Generate new partners, meet revenue goals, maintain pipeline and records, present at churches and events, and travel occasionally domestically and internationally. Collaborate with Major Gifts Officers and Director of Development to expand engagement and increase program revenue.
