Manages and grows a portfolio of VIP fashion clients through personalized styling, proactive outreach, virtual appointments, events, and exceptional customer service. Drives ecommerce revenue, client retention, and individual sales goals while handling purchases, invoicing, returns, exchanges, and preorders. Collaborates with Customer, Product, and Marketing teams on VIP events, gifting, loyalty programs, and styling content. Requires fashion expertise, strong communication, sales persistence, and flexible event availability.

Leads Frank & Eileen’s brand partnership strategy across founders, creators, influencers, cultural talent, collaborations, sponsorships, and events. Builds long-term relationships, identifies strategic opportunities, negotiates and executes partnerships, oversees creator and event agencies, and measures performance. Partners cross-functionally with marketing, creative, growth, retail, ecommerce, and product teams to increase cultural relevance, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and community engagement. Also develops and mentors a high-performing team.
