Oversee global import and export compliance, lead compliance strategies, manage trade risk, and drive systems transformations. Partner with leaders across the organization.

Support legal team with contract intake, administration, DocuSign routing, records and matter management, reporting, eDiscovery coordination, vendor and invoice tracking, and general administrative support. Escalate non-standard issues to attorneys and collaborate with Finance, AP, Compliance, and outside counsel.

Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans to meet demand and inventory targets. Collaborate with demand planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supply operations to manage purchase plans, MOQs, lead times, safety stock, and allocations. Monitor supply KPIs, support new product introductions and EOL planning, maintain ERP master data, produce inventory/financial reporting, and participate in S&OP and cross-functional meetings to mitigate risks and resolve imbalances.
