Inspects and processes returned products in a warehouse environment, ensuring productivity, quality, documentation, safety, and adherence to return procedures. The role involves frequent walking, standing, and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Success requires attention to detail, organizational ability, teamwork, reliability, and the capacity to work independently in fast-paced operational conditions.

Processes and modifies orders accurately, verifies product and order details, maintains documentation, monitors open orders, and tracks orders through manufacturing. Responds to supply chain requests and customer inquiries, interprets picking sheets and product codes, and develops product knowledge. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.

Provides hands-on engineering support for production operations, initially in Pick/Pack, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and labor targets. Owns standard work, labor standards, visual controls, process flow, ergonomics, and material presentation. Leads continuous improvement and 6S initiatives, reduces defects and rework through root-cause analysis and error prevention, and collaborates with Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHSS, and Facilities. Cross-trains across production areas and supports both daily execution and longer-term improvements.
