Owns platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, operational excellence, reliability metrics, incident response, and engineering quality standards. Manages, hires, and develops backend engineers while partnering with Product, Security, Customer Operations, and other engineering teams. Establishes guardrails for AI-assisted development and drives platform APIs, shared services, and infrastructure supporting company-wide product delivery.

Own the full sales cycle for Forma’s pre-tax benefits solutions, including prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiations, and closing. Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline of small-to-mid-market prospects through outbound, inbound, and broker channels. Manage multi-stakeholder deals, consult with HR, benefits, and finance buyers, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, and coordinate handoffs with Sales Engineering, Legal, and Implementation.
