Supports business development and marketing initiatives for a law firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences sector. Responsibilities include client development, competitive research, events, social media, CRM reporting, pitches and proposals, award submissions, thought leadership, sponsorship tracking, budgeting, and attorney marketing support. The role collaborates with attorneys, firm leadership, communications, events, client development, and marketing operations teams to increase revenue, visibility, client engagement, and sector growth.

Leads Foley’s market-facing and go-to-market communications strategy, including public relations, thought leadership, content, social media, awards, rankings, and recruiting-aligned brand communications. Partners with business development, attorneys, talent, and recruiting teams to support client growth, lawyer visibility, employer branding, and market positioning. Manages agencies, budgets, campaigns, performance measurement, governance, and a 10+ member communications team while coaching attorneys and staff on external communications.

Manages marketing technology, CRM data analytics, AI-enabled data enrichment, and data quality initiatives. Develops governance guardrails, standards, controls, and processes to maintain accurate data. Analyzes marketing and business development information to identify revenue and operational efficiency opportunities, creates recurring reports, collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders, and implements tools that support strategic decision-making and demand generation.
