Design and commercialize electromechanical diagnostic systems from concept through production. Responsibilities include mechanical subsystem design, SolidWorks modeling, FEA, tolerance analysis, fixture and tooling development, design reviews, verification testing, documentation, supplier qualification, design transfer, and manufacturing support. The role collaborates across electrical, software, optical, quality, and manufacturing teams while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with regulated product development standards.

Provides frontline customer support for orders, products, invoices, payments, technical issues, and support cases. Manages CRM records, tickets, test-result reviews, complaint documentation, and escalations. Produces error and trend reports, supports quality procedures, follows SOPs, and coordinates with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve customer issues.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare and review journal entries (inventory, COGS, prepaids, fixed assets), maintain account reconciliations, own fixed asset accounting, support AR/AP and cash application, act as ERP superuser, assist audits, identify process improvements, provide cross-training, and support special finance projects.
