The Credit Union has provided our team with the incredible opportunity to work fully remote through the Member Experience Center’s WFH program. This flexibility has been invaluable, allowing me to continue growing in my career while maintaining a healthy and sustainable work-life balance. Having the ability to recharge outside of work empowers me to better support my direct reports, our department, and ultimately the members we serve. The credit union actively fosters employee engagement by hosting quarterly in-person team building events and even flying in out-of-state remote employees to participate.

Over his 17 years at First Entertainment, Gregory O’Brien has found a supportive environment in which to be himself at work and celebrate the diversity of the company’s larger team.
