Lead product design for complex fintech and blockchain marketplace experiences across investing, lending, borrowing, and digital assets. Translate ambiguous requirements, financial concepts, technical constraints, and regulatory needs into intuitive workflows. Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs, collaborate with Product and Engineering through implementation, contribute to design systems, anticipate edge cases, influence product decisions, and mentor designers.

Support treasury and financial operations across multiple entities by monitoring cash and digital assets, reconciling accounts, executing wires and ACH transfers, managing loan-sale funding, processing vendor payments, producing contractual reports, and supporting month-end close. The role also reconciles loan and collateral data, improves financial workflows, assists with capital raising, and partners cross-functionally to maintain controls and scale blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure.

Manage credit risk strategies for HELOC and secured lending portfolios. Refine underwriting policies, analyze loan performance and credit losses, develop valuation and predictive models, identify customer segments, and design portfolio monitoring frameworks. Partner with Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Legal, and Compliance to test and implement risk changes, ensure regulatory adherence, support growth initiatives, and communicate underwriting performance to investors and executives.

Directs treasury and financial operations for a fintech company, including funds-flow design, payment infrastructure, wire and ACH execution, cash reconciliations, remittance reporting, workflow automation, and SOX-compliant controls. Coordinates analyst workloads, mentors team members, improves operational efficiency, communicates across leadership levels, and supports capital raising and investor engagement initiatives.
