Member Support Associate

As a member of the customer success team, this individual will be at the frontlines of our interactions with our customers, answering questions, explaining product benefits, and efficiently resolving issues. The member support associate also drives adoption, identifies customer advocacy opportunities, and secures renewals. They interact directly with members by email, live chat and phone resolving problems and elevating the FightCamp member experience. They are also expected to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by providing a feedback loop to the rest of the FightCamp team.

UX/UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer will have two main responsibilities within the product team. The first will be to work with the Lead UX Designer to design and improve the user experience of the FightCamp mobile app by gathering and evaluating user requirements. The second will be to design the mobile user interface and aesthetics of the mobile app with mockups and prototypes. The UX/UI designer will also work with the marketing team on various website projects. Everything the UX/UI designer will create must align with building a strong and consistent FightCamp brand while providing an easy-to-use user experience.
