Conduct prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn; identify decision-makers; schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives; maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy; collaborate with sales and construction specialists; communicate Fieldwire’s construction management platform value; and meet pipeline and activity goals.

Build and maintain production backend services at scale, develop new features and integrations, debug production issues, ensure API backward compatibility, implement efficient auto-scaling, improve tooling and engineering standards, and participate in on-call rotation.

Drive new SaaS revenue within mid-market construction accounts by building pipeline, managing full sales cycle from inbound prospecting to closed-won, collaborating with Hilti field teams, delivering demos, negotiating contracts, and meeting quarterly and annual quota ($500K new bookings). Travel periodically with sales teams and navigate complex deals involving pricing and legal stakeholders.
