Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities among small and mid-sized construction businesses. Conduct outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn; identify decision-makers; schedule discovery calls and demos; collaborate with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists; maintain Salesforce records; communicate platform value; research market trends; and meet pipeline-generation goals.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market and strategic SaaS customers, owning contract renewals, retention, revenue expansion, business reviews, and relationship growth. Partner with Construction Success and cross-functional teams to solve customer needs and deliver scalable engagement. Identify referrals and new opportunities while providing consultative, high-touch service. Success requires sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, project coordination, organization, and a metrics-driven approach.

Own and evolve Fieldwire’s cloud infrastructure, production systems, deployment tooling, and automation. Responsibilities include infrastructure design, IaC, CI/CD, reliability and performance management, incident response, monitoring and observability, security, architectural leadership, cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and on-call participation.

Design, build, maintain, and scale production backend services and integrations. Debug cross-service production issues, lead architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, improve engineering standards and tooling, release backward-compatible APIs, implement auto-scaling services, and architect real-time systems for syncing large data volumes.
