Guide enterprise customers through onboarding, integrations, adoption, and expansion of an AI observability platform. Architect deployment solutions, write custom integrations, advise data science and ML engineering teams, lead technical engagements and escalations, communicate customer needs internally, and promote model transparency, monitoring, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Generate qualified enterprise opportunities through inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and multichannel outreach. Research decision-makers, tailor messaging, conduct discovery conversations, explain Fiddler’s AI trust platform, achieve pipeline and conversion targets, and maintain accurate Salesforce records. Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product to improve targeting, messaging, campaigns, and lead quality.

Sell Fiddler’s AI observability platform to enterprise customers: prospect, navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals, demonstrate technical and business value for ML/AI solutions, close revenue, grow accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally. Travel as needed (10–25%).
