Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for cloud-native SaaS. Manage container orchestration and scalability (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Istio), ensure reliability and observability, support server-side apps (Node.js/Python), integrate streaming systems, and collaborate with engineering to improve platform performance and automation.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Faro's SaaS platform for life sciences customers, overseeing API integrations, environment and SSO setup, structured data outputs, and generative-AI driven knowledge graph ingestion. Build repeatable implementation playbooks, manage a project manager, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure scalable, secure deployments and smooth transition to adoption teams.

Lead and manage a team delivering hands-on platform training and onboarding for Faro customers. Translate clinical development workflows into effective training, develop self-service training artifacts, beta test features with user feedback, and drive customer enablement to ensure independent platform use. Periodic travel for meetings and onsite trainings required.

The Senior Manual QA Engineer will ensure system reliability, design test strategies, execute test cases, mentor engineers, and improve QA methodologies within a SaaS platform.
