Oversee daily operations of an 18-unit apartment property: leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, inspections, vendor management, recordkeeping in AppFolio, light porter duties, and emergency response. Must live onsite and support weekend/after-hours needs.

Manage day-to-day operations of a 300–400 unit scattered-site residential portfolio including leasing, rent collection, evictions, owner relations, marketing, inspections, maintenance oversight, and supervising onsite staff to meet owner objectives.

Lead day-to-day operations for a 4,000–5,000 unit residential portfolio across Southern California. Drive financial performance, operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic initiatives. Recruit, mentor, and coach property management teams; conduct regular property visits; manage budgets, KPIs, capital projects, and policy implementation to meet organizational goals.
