Design and develop complex RF and high-speed PCBs using Altium. Create schematics, component libraries, footprints and 3D models. Ensure DFT/DFM and impedance control, perform feasibility studies, coordinate with engineering, test, quality and manufacturing, and work with fabricators to resolve production issues.

The Master Planner manages the Master Production Schedule, aligning customer demand with production capacity and material availability to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

The Program Manager II – Engineering manages custom hardware development programs, overseeing project schedules, budgets, risks, and communications across engineering teams and customers.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Ezurio's SBC portfolio, including Gateworks lines. Own sustaining, EOL decisions, custom SBC programs, and customer relationships. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and customer success to drive commercial qualification, quoting, PCNs, and lifecycle management for industrial, defense, aerospace, and medical markets.

Lead all Irvine plant operations including safety, quality, Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, P&L and budgeting. Manage warehouse, quality, SMT, end-of-line testing, production scheduling, staffing, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer requirements and on-time delivery.

Oversee daily testing lab operations, ensuring procedures meet regulatory standards, maintain equipment, lead and train technicians, manage inventory, support QA/QC, and prepare audit documentation.

Provide technical consultation and sales support for embedded wireless modules, SOMs, and antennas. Manage inbound leads, drive opportunities from design to production, collaborate with distributors and marketing, track opportunities in Salesforce, and support customer outreach and market research.
