Responsibilities include cold calling event organizers, responding to inbound leads, conducting multichannel outreach, qualifying prospects, booking meetings, maintaining HubSpot records, handling AI-driven outreach replies, and sharing prospect feedback. The role is full-time, quota-carrying, fully remote in the US, with occasional conference and business development travel.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Eventeny clients by driving retention, renewals, expansion, and successful platform adoption. Responsibilities include account planning, health metric analysis, renewal forecasting, contract negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, customer communication, and maintaining account records. The role partners with Customer Operations, supports customer events and presentations, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients.
