Euna Solutions Benefits Overview

Lead complex Euna Grants implementations for public-sector clients from discovery through configuration, training, UAT, go-live, and support. Translate grants-management requirements into system configurations, documentation, and client enablement. Manage risks, requirements, functionality gaps, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Development. Senior-level responsibilities include leading complex engagements, onboarding team members, sharing knowledge, and embedding AI tools into implementation workflows.

Own shared AI platform components and build production AI features, including LLM orchestration, prompt workflows, evaluation, observability, and deployment. Develop scalable SaaS backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, search, background processing, and PostgreSQL solutions. Lead CI/CD and AI tooling adoption, establish technical direction, mentor engineers, and translate ambiguous requirements into reliable systems.

Customer-facing pre-sales role responsible for technical demos, discovery, solution design, and demo environment management for Euna's Budget, Grants, and Procurement suites. Partners with sales, product, and services teams, supports RFPs and security reviews, and assists post-sales handoff and product feedback. Requires demo database maintenance, integration and data migration knowledge, and occasional North America travel.
