Supports operational readiness, troubleshooting, break/fix remediation, preventative maintenance, and event support for complex audio-visual systems. Diagnoses audio, video, control, routing, conferencing, projection, lighting, cabling, and network-connected AV issues. Performs equipment sweeps, UAT, firmware and configuration updates, inventory and RMA tracking, documentation, trend analysis, vendor coordination, and operational team training.

Entry-level placement supporting hyperscale data centre infrastructure. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, replacing, and decommissioning hardware; conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, cabling and port testing; managing spare-parts inventory; documenting repairs; coordinating with technical teams; and responding to critical hardware issues. The programme provides hands-on experience with mission-critical systems, reliability engineering, networking, power, cooling, automation, and controls in a safety-focused U.S. environment.

Analyzes financial data and supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, procurement, and strategic planning. Develops financial models, explains variances and trends, advises leadership on financial performance, manages budget codes and purchase requisitions, and improves finance and procurement processes. Collaborates with stakeholders across functions and geographies while providing accurate reporting, recommendations, and ad hoc analytical support.
