Leads a team of Test Engineers conducting environmental, mechanical, and explosive testing across the product life cycle. Oversees test planning, execution, data analysis, documentation, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and qualification reviews. Develops engineers, improves test processes and laboratory capabilities, supports troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, EHS, program management, and customers. This is an on-site, first-shift role in Moorpark, California.

Fabricate precision-machined aerospace and defense parts using manual and CNC mills and lathes. Read blueprints, develop machining strategies, select tooling, create fixtures, adjust CNC tools and offsets, apply appropriate cutting parameters, inspect parts with precision equipment, troubleshoot production issues, machine prototypes, deburr components, and communicate technical information with engineering.

Leads quality engineering activities across aerospace and defense manufacturing programs from proposal through shipment. Responsibilities include customer and supplier audits, quality system maintenance, corrective and preventive actions, nonconformance analysis, supplier corrective actions, process improvement, production quality oversight, and collaboration with engineering. The role requires expertise in ISO 9001/AS9100, GD&T, SPC, supplier quality, precision machining, assembly operations, and Lean Manufacturing. Travel up to 10% is required.

Coordinates complex proposals for new business activity by leading multidisciplinary teams, reviewing and flowing down RFP requirements, creating schedules, tracking actions, organizing reviews, developing proposal documentation, preparing cost estimates and pricing recommendations, maintaining proposal records, and driving continuous improvement.

The Product Engineer leads technical and manufacturing activities throughout the production life cycle. Responsibilities include design-for-manufacturability evaluations, manufacturing documentation, tooling and fixture development, manufacturing cell layouts, PFMEA, process failure resolution, lean improvements, standard work, production milestone tracking, and coordination with production, quality, and engineering teams. The role supports aerospace products and requires engineering knowledge of mechanical assemblies, CAD, GD&T, tooling, manufacturing processes, and ERP/MRP systems.

Manufacturing Engineer leads manufacturing process development, documentation, validation, production support, process improvement, and corrective actions. Responsibilities include creating routings, tooling, standard work, cell layouts, PFMEA and hazard assessments; supporting lean and Kaizen initiatives; managing manufacturing equipment capital projects; coordinating cross-functional and customer approvals; and tracking production milestones. The role requires strong shop-floor engagement, problem-solving, project leadership, CAD and GD&T skills, and familiarity with aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments.

Sets up and operates Swiss-style CNC machining centers to produce precision parts from engineering drawings and work orders. Responsibilities include tooling, fixture, and material setup; first-piece production; precision inspection; tool and offset adjustments; cutting parameter optimization; program revisions; and troubleshooting. The role requires CNC setup experience, Swiss machining experience, blueprint and GD&T knowledge, independent work capability, and compliance with ITAR and BATFE background requirements.

Provides quality engineering support across aerospace and defense manufacturing programs from proposal through shipment. Leads FMEAs, audits, supplier quality activities, corrective actions, process improvements, and production quality initiatives. The role interprets quality standards, engineering specifications, drawings, and GD&T; applies SPC and continuous improvement methods; collaborates with engineering, customers, and suppliers; and monitors supplier performance and action plans.

Plans and manages daily manufacturing activities within assigned production cells. Develops production schedules, evaluates delivery feasibility, coordinates material and capacity requirements, monitors production status, supports manpower planning, and presents performance and capacity updates to leadership. Collaborates with engineering, planning, purchasing, supervisors, and production managers to maintain material flow, resolve obstacles, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Leads cross-functional development of aerospace and defense mechanical and energetic systems from design through qualification and production. Responsibilities include project scheduling, technical execution, requirements management, risk mitigation, design reviews, tolerance analysis, verification testing, supplier coordination, customer interaction, and transition to manufacturing. The role also provides technical guidance on schedule, cost, and risks while ensuring compliance with customer and government specifications.

Analyzes and improves business processes, manages QMS audits, NCRs, CAPA, and corrective actions, and drives Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement. The role conducts root cause analysis, process gap assessments, and audit readiness activities; develops process metrics, documentation, training, and change-management materials; and collaborates with quality, operations, process owners, and SMEs to strengthen compliance, reduce defects, and sustain performance improvements.

Leads strategic missile programs from customer engagement through execution, owning cost, schedule, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. Serves as the primary customer interface while directing cross-functional aerospace and defense teams. Partners with business leaders on growth, profitability, and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities. Requires senior leadership experience managing complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, or energetics programs and strong commercial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Develops automated C#/.NET test stands integrating laboratory instruments and SQL databases, interprets test data, performs verification and validation, resolves failures, and completes schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer. Collaborates with engineering, production, technicians, management, and customers.
