Lead planning, administration, and performance of major energy-efficiency programs. Set strategic direction, manage budgets and contracts, forecast savings, ensure QA/QC, develop staff and delivery standards, build client relationships, support business development, and drive continuous improvement to meet program goals and regulatory compliance.

The Business Development Lead develops business strategies, manages proposals, collaborates cross-functionally, and influences business growth in energy efficiency and utility markets.
