Leads complex aerospace composite material qualification, design-allowables, and certification-support projects from contract review through closeout. Manages customer relationships, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, laboratory workflows, FAA coordination, testing, reporting, invoicing, and compliance. Translates technical test plans and standards into executable laboratory programs, coordinates subcontractors and customer witnesses, and mentors cross-functional personnel without direct reports.

Supports and improves the quality management system for aerospace materials testing and calibration operations. Responsibilities include in-house and external equipment calibration, accreditation maintenance, QMS implementation, audits, proficiency testing, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and regulatory assessment support. The role collaborates with customers, accreditation bodies, aerospace primes, operational teams, and quality organizations to improve compliance, accuracy, laboratory processes, and quality assurance.
