The Senior Payroll Analyst processes accurate, compliant multi-state payroll; audits transactions; handles garnishments, corrections, reconciliations, reporting, and tax filings. The role resolves complex payroll issues, supports audits and system testing, improves processes and controls, and partners with People Services, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and IT. It requires expertise in California payroll regulations, enterprise payroll systems, advanced Excel, and payroll analysis.

Provides high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support to executives. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, expense and invoice support, visitor assistance, confidential document handling, reporting, office coordination, and special projects. The role requires strong discretion, organization, communication, independent judgment, and extensive on-site availability, including occasional weekends and extended hours.

Owns franchise lead targeting, qualification, nurturing, and pipeline progression. Evaluates candidate readiness, compliance risks, documentation, agreement terms, and suitability for development agreements. Manages email campaigns, RFP tracking, CRM data, trade show leads, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, legal, operations, real estate, and construction teams. Requires sound independent judgment, compliance awareness, strong communication, CRM and campaign experience, and travel throughout Southern California and to out-of-state locations.

Create, shoot, edit, and produce photo and video content for social, digital, advertising, CRM, web, restaurant, and brand channels. Develop trend-driven social content, food photography, campaign visuals, and short- and long-form video. Manage projects from concept through final delivery, including lighting, editing, color correction, sound, and production coordination. Collaborate with marketing teams, agencies, creators, and photographers while maintaining brand consistency, organizing assets, and managing production equipment.

Leads end-to-end graphic design execution for brand campaigns across digital, print, social, and restaurant channels. Develops high-fidelity asset systems, contributes creative concepts, maintains brand consistency, provides design feedback, and manages timelines, stakeholders, agencies, and production partners. Requires strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, print production, typography, branding, and project coordination. The role is hybrid and includes travel to photoshoots and restaurant locations.

Leads sales, traffic, average-check analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis across company, franchise, DMA, and digital channels. Evaluates marketing, pricing, menu, promotional, loyalty, and delivery marketplace performance, builds executive dashboards, supports test-and-learn initiatives, and translates findings into recommendations for Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Requires strong SQL, spreadsheet, visualization, forecasting, analytical storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Owns loyalty, customer, and transaction data platforms end to end, including ingestion, architecture, pipelines, modeling, governance, integrations, monitoring, and reporting. Partners with business leaders and vendors to solve ambiguous data problems, improve reliability, and modernize scalable solutions. Integrates AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks into analytics workflows while ensuring data quality, security, and cost effectiveness.
