Own the technical strategy and execution of strategic partner integrations. Design, build, support, and govern secure integrations with transportation management systems, load boards, financial data providers, and other partners. Lead technical onboarding, translate business requirements into solutions, troubleshoot performance issues, document architectures and data flows, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships. Mentor team members and provide technical expertise during partner and client engagements.

Own product roadmaps and execution for fintech products; gather customer insight, define requirements, collaborate with engineering and operations, drive launches, measure performance, and iterate to deliver business value.
