Lead People function operations, scalable HR programs, transformation initiatives, project intake, reporting, documentation, and AI-driven workflow improvements. Manage compensation cycles, performance reviews, engagement survey activation, organizational design, and process redesign. Act as the operational liaison between People, executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and IT while building systems, playbooks, and knowledge infrastructure that support organizational growth.

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for new products using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. Collaborate with Product and Design, define patterns and testing strategies, ensure performance, accessibility, and observability, mentor engineers, and drive cross-team initiatives to align frontend systems with backend APIs and platform requirements.

Lead end-to-end implementations of EarnIn Payroll for payroll bureau clients: configure systems, manage data migration, train users, own project plans and communications, resolve issues with Product/Engineering, provide post-go-live support, and maintain detailed implementation documentation.
