Monitors regulatory and company policy compliance across affordable multifamily housing communities. Conducts quarterly site reviews, verifies adherence to Housing Tax Credit, HUD, Fair Housing, and other funding requirements, identifies noncompliance, recommends corrective actions, and supports property managers through consultation and training. The role also assists with compliance policies, procedures, and process implementation across Southern California and neighboring regions.

Manage affordable housing projects from acquisition through construction and occupancy. Identify and evaluate development opportunities, secure financing and permits, coordinate design and construction teams, manage budgets and contracts, obtain public approvals, support property management transition, and advocate for affordable housing.
