Provide administrative support to the Property Manager at a 132-unit affordable housing community: collect rent, prepare bank deposits and rent rolls, verify income, ensure regulatory compliance (HUD/TCAC), answer phones and assist residents, prepare correspondence, maintain office neatness and inventories.

Manage affordable housing projects from acquisition through construction and occupancy. Identify and evaluate development opportunities, secure financing and permits, coordinate design and construction teams, manage budgets and contracts, obtain public approvals, support property management transition, and advocate for affordable housing.
