Offers 401(K)

Dubsado’s 401(k) is fully integrated with payroll, offering a broad selection of stocks, bonds and index funds to choose from.

Provides 401(K) matching

Dubsado matches employee 401(k) contribution up to 4% of their annual base salary.

Offers childcare benefits

Dubsado offers nanny services at work for busy parents regardless of length of employment. All employees are eligible and services are available from 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Offers generous parental leave

Dubsado offers up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parent and 4 weeks of parental paternity leave for new parents no matter the length of employment.

Dubsado covers up to 75% of the premium of the Beam VSP base plan. Employee pays all dependent premiums.

Dubsado offers an easy integration through our Payroll service to receive and pay for Vision. At this time, Dubsado does not contribute to vision premiums and employee pays for entire premium.

Offers health insurance

Dubsado covers up to 75% of the premium of the UnitedHealthcare base plan. Employee pays the difference in premium if they select a more expensive plan and for all dependent premiums.

Dubsado offers 5 days of Mental Health Days that renew on each anniversary. It is important to Dubsado that employees are able to take time off to take care of themselves whenever needed.

Dubsado's vacation policy includes 2 weeks of accrued paid time off. The accrual rate will increase on the employee's anniversary date once they completes 3, 5, or 10 years of service.
