Owns attendee and speaker experience, event logistics, budgets, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, conference coordination, HubSpot tracking, follow-up workflows, event calendars, and standardized operating procedures. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Science, and Marketing to support commercial priorities and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Requires approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities include coaching, pipeline and forecast management, opportunity inspection, CRM discipline, sales methodology adoption, performance management, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and scientific teams. The role ensures disciplined execution across prospecting, discovery, qualification, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing while supporting broader commercial strategy.
