Lead Doppel’s IT function supporting office and remote employees. Manage the IT team, service delivery, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access through Okta, endpoint management with Jamf, SaaS administration, office technology, vendors, budgets, and procurement. Build scalable processes and automations while partnering with Security on endpoint protection, access controls, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and audit readiness.

Improve and operationalize detection workflows by designing, testing, and optimizing sourcing queries, collection methods, enrichment logic, and alerts. Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and threat trends, analyze recurring alert patterns to inform scalable improvements, and support onboarding and ongoing detection implementations for select customers.

Build customer-facing, AI-powered integrations and automations; prototype and ship end-to-end solutions; manage multiple enterprise deployments; troubleshoot authentication (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and integrations; partner with customers and internal teams to translate feedback into scalable product improvements and internal tooling.
