Improve and operationalize detection workflows by designing, testing, and optimizing sourcing queries, collection methods, enrichment logic, and alerts. Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and threat trends, analyze recurring alert patterns to inform scalable improvements, and support onboarding and ongoing detection implementations for select customers.

Build customer-facing, AI-powered integrations and automations; prototype and ship end-to-end solutions; manage multiple enterprise deployments; troubleshoot authentication (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and integrations; partner with customers and internal teams to translate feedback into scalable product improvements and internal tooling.

The Content Developer will design engaging, AI-enhanced training experiences, transforming complex security concepts into interactive learning formats using tools like Articulate Storyline and AI technologies.
