Owns manufacturing cost accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, operational performance analysis, and decision support. Responsibilities include standard costing, inventory accounting, material, labor, and overhead variance analysis, identifying financial trends and risks, strengthening controls, developing recommendations, and communicating insights to finance and operations leadership. The role partners with senior finance and manufacturing stakeholders to support profitable growth.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing projects from initiation through completion. Manage project goals, deliverables, budgets, timelines, evaluations, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with general contractors, authorities, equipment suppliers, site management, and steering committees. Monitor progress, facilitate meetings, prepare project documentation, and regularly update senior site leadership.

Lead plant-level process and continuous-improvement projects to boost productivity and implement sustainable manufacturing solutions. Serve as Manufacturing, Process, and Continuous Improvement Engineer, working cross-functionally to solve production problems, deploy automation and PLC controls, manage capital projects, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods in a precision aerospace casting facility.
