Define performance metrics, guide cross-functional stakeholders and network participants, and serve as the product subject matter expert for stablecoin and payments initiatives.

Associate General Counsel serving as a legal utility player across commercial contracts, M&A, securities, regulatory, product, and corporate matters. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, building contract infrastructure, supporting strategic transactions, managing governance and filings, advising cross-functional teams, and partnering with executives and external counsel. Security Engineer responsible for application security, vulnerability and threat management, cloud and Kubernetes security, DevSecOps tooling, incident response, forensic analysis, and secure system architecture. The role integrates security testing into CI/CD pipelines, automates security tasks, supports IAM and cryptographic key management, and collaborates with engineering teams to strengthen security processes and tooling.

Own the long-term product strategy for Splice, an open-source Canton Network operating layer covering Canton Coin, tokenomics, fees, incentives, naming, and governance.
