Supports U.S. Space Force international affairs and space mission integration programs. Responsibilities include analyzing cooperative agreements, drafting documentation, coordinating stakeholders, supporting international working groups and engagements, translating technical information into program products, tracking agreement status, and providing liaison and reporting support to SSC/IA leadership.

Supports a DoD competency framework across seven space power disciplines, maintaining competency matrices, developmental pathways, certifications, assessments, and stakeholder content. Develops and delivers psychometrically sound personnel assessments, evaluates commercial tools, analyzes results, and conducts validation studies. The role is remote with occasional site visits and requires a bachelor’s degree, substantial operations or technical experience, and speechwriting or equivalent experience.
