Provides accounting and clerical support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and Health Center billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing and processing accounts payable invoices, entering payables, obtaining approvals, and generating checks. The role supports the Director of Financial Services and requires attention to detail, computer proficiency, and a hospitality-focused approach.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and diet trays; serves meals to health center residents; sets up and breaks down dining tables; and transports food and nonfood items. The role requires following diet orders and meal specifications, communicating effectively, performing basic arithmetic and measurements, and providing empathetic, courteous service to elderly residents. Physical demands include standing and walking all day, lifting up to 20 pounds, and pushing carts up to 50 pounds.

Manage daily dining room operations in a senior living community, including service quality, cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, training, customer service, food presentation, sanitation, inventory, and budget compliance. The role also assists with table setting, order taking, dish clearing, and dishwashing while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests.
