Provide architecture, performance tuning, sharding/partitioning, disaster recovery, monitoring, automation, and migration support. Partner with engineering and business teams to define data strategies, perform security assessments, and lead implementation, troubleshooting, and on-call operations.

Lead delivery of Data Management and Analytics projects, manage project health across scope, schedule, budget and risks, act as primary client contact, drive customer satisfaction, position additional work, and direct globally distributed teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Design and implement enterprise data architectures and lakehouse/warehouse solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or similar platforms. Lead data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud integration, CI/CD, and stakeholder-facing consulting engagements to deliver scalable, secure analytics systems.
